A living island, built in public

Forge Island is an open-world experiment from ForgeFX Simulations: a place generated fresh, filled with useful machinery, people and stories, and improved while you are exploring it.

The experience

It should feel like a place, not a collection of demos.

Walk the roads, cross the water, work the farm and meet the island’s characters. The world should reward curiosity, react to what you do and remain believable at human scale.

Forge Island is a Windows PC game built in Unreal Engine: real lighting, water, physics and performance, installed once and kept up to date automatically.

The agent studio

Agents do not win by starting more work. They win by finishing verified improvements.

One board holds the truth. Each worker holds one active card, up to the board's active-card limit (20 since 1:14 AM HST on 2026-09-25). Each change has a clear result, an owner and proof from the real game. Work reaches Done only after it is checked and landed.

The system stays visible: procedures explain how work runs, and velocity shows whether the pipeline is actually moving. Claims are replaced by evidence.

The island is unfinished by design. It is where ForgeFX tests how far a small human-and-agent team can push a real, playable simulation—and makes the result available to judge for yourself.
